Refunds

If My Own Cloud Space does not work for you, you get your money back.

• Ask within 30 days of buying a key, by e-mail to support@myowncloudspace.com with your order number. No reason needed, though we would like to hear it.
• The refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• The refunded key stops being valid; your server returns to read-only mode and your files stay exactly where they are.
• Your rights under the consumer law of the place where you live are not affected.
