Questions
What happens when the trial or the licence ends?
Your server keeps running in read-only mode. Nothing is deleted, locked or hidden: everyone can still sign in, open, play and download every file. Uploads, edits, new share links and new accounts pause until a key is entered under Administration → Licence.
Is it a subscription?
No automatic renewals. A key works for 2 years; you decide later whether to buy another one.
Do you see my files?
No. The software runs on your computer and the licence is checked on your computer. We only keep the purchase details needed to send and support your key.
Can I move the key to a new computer?
Yes, to a replacement server you own. A key is for one server at a time.
Taxes and payment
Payment is handled by our reseller, who charges any sales tax that applies where you live and sends your receipt.
